A Walk in the Park for Harold |
Healthy Harold was a special guest at Grafton's Relay for Life in March when he walked a circuit in support of Cancer  Research with local cancer survivers and community members.
Joining him in the shade of his special umbrella were State Member for Clarence and Life Education Ambassador, Steve Cansdell MP and Clarence Valley Mayor, Richie Williamson with local Educator, Sam Austin.

Healthy Harold was a great ambassador for exercising in t his year's Armidale Autumn Festival Parade when he led the way on his bicycle, accompanied by Life Education Support Group members and Armidale City Public School students.

Life Education Expands its Horizons! |
|
One of Life Education's cherished aims is to reach one million children. The Hon Alan Cadman (Chairman Life Education NSW), Jay Bacik (CEO Life  Education), Michael Parrington, Life Education NSW's Manager of Education and Training, educator Angela Green and Allan Thomas (Life Education NSW) have recently returned from bringing Life Education to the children of Broken Hill in NSW.
Michael notes: “Being out of the area for over fifteen years, it is vital that we have come back, especially as this is a disadvantaged area. The good news is that every pre-school, primary school and high school in Broken Hill had the thrill of having Life Education visit again. We were also able to meet with Broken Hill Council and was so impressed with the community support we got in Broken Hill with locals able to recall their school visits by Healthy Harold”.
